Message	you want to run if your EBC is off/fails. If you set your wastegates to 10psi, 10psi is the lowest boost you will be able to run. This is your base boost. BUT, if those actuators are 14psi actuators, you can't go below 14psi, you'd need to get different ones with a lower boost setting range (most only have a few psi adjustability range). Kong was using 15psi as an example of what he used - you do not have to. If you can get down to 10psi, you can. But he was saying that to go that low usually causes boost stability issues because the internal springs load it more, so it's more "twitchy" with regard to how/when the flapper opens. But again, that depends on what actuators you have.
